View File

This option can be used to display or edit Geoida reports, point listings, data files or any other text files. If necessary, the displayed file may also be edited or printed.

The View File window is displayed when this option is selected.

Simple editing on the displayed file may be performed if this function is enabled (depends on the type of file displayed, etc). You may add, delete or change text using normal keyboard and mouse edit functions; click the right mouse button to display the context menu showing Cut, Copy, Paste options etc. When you close the View File window you will be prompted to ask if the changes are to be saved.

The File View window is also used in various other Geoida options to display reports and log files created during processing.
