Preferences

This option configures Geoida with general user preference settings.

The Preferences window is displayed when this option is selected.

When Geoida is running, details of the purpose and use of each control in this window will be displayed in the bottom panel when the mouse is passed over any active object.

The General tab (Figure 1) provides a number of settings for controlling Geoida's visual and file-management features that are unrelated to job or data specifics.

The Compute tab (Figure 2) defines a small number of general options for computations and processing.

Global options and settings specific to least squares network adjustments can be defined by the two buttons provided. For further information:

Least Squares Adjustment Options button - refer to Least Squares - Statistical Options and Analysis beginning at the Statistical Options heading
LS Network Point-save Options button - refer to Point-Save Options
